Framework of the train And Body




There are two types of frame and body for passenger vehicles or cars.


    
Common types - frame or the frame is built separately from the body.
This type is no longer used for passenger vehicles or cars, because they will cause the vehicle too heavy and caused high construction costs.



  Joined types - frame and body combined vehicles.
This way of strengthening the building most parts of the body so that the building is like the box method (box channel) on each connection. This will strengthen the entire body. Construction on the body of this kind combine of more lighter, cheaper and economical.




The construction method is a vehicle body through the following processes:


   
Emphasis (Press working)
This process requires a mold that is designed in a form specified in the research and development (R & D) This is a key process in the formation of a vehicle body. The result of this emphasis is the large pieces to be joined by further processing.

     
Penyucukan (Piercing)
Penyucukan process is to produce angled shapes or forms of highlighting certain sections. Also to make holes in the formation of small and medium car body


     Bind (Bolting)
Binding on the work done to include the parts that have been pressed (press) to produce the vehicle body. This method is for the big, strong, and parts that need to be changed.


     
Bending (Bending)
Flexible work done to the extreme parts of the body, such as "sub-frame", the floor, the frame is constructed and the other box.


     
Weld Point (Spot Welding)
It was made to include parts of the body lighter and less strong. This is done by using the robot, can solve the labor problem and to speed up production.


   
Balancing (Balancing)
Balancing is done on the sensitive parts of the vehicle. The rotating parts with moderate or fast rates should be offset to avoid any vibration when the vehicle is moving.
