Types of Lubricants Oil Refinery

Many types of vehicles using the indicator lights for lubrication system. During the ignition switch on, contacts within the transmitter unit is closed. Type of loop balance
the low lubricating oil pressure, the resistance of the sending unit is low, it cause less current to go to the next loop and duplicate magnetic force weakens her veins. Armature and needle meter will be pulled into the main loop of magnetic force strong nerves to show a low reading. If high oil pressure, the resistance of the transmitter unit is also high, then the current will go to the second loop to the ground. Veins of the magnetic force on the second loop will get stronger. Armature with a needle meter will be pulled toward the second loop to show high readings value.
Bourdon tube type
oil pressure is transmitted directly from the main gallery connected to the meter pointer using bourdon tubes. During the low pressure, bourdon tube expands only slightly and pulled the little pointer. Meter shows low readings. When high-pressure bourdon tube will expand to many and will attract many of the pointer with the pointer is causing the high reading.
Damage Types of Lubrication Systems
