 when the starter switch in onkan flows from the battery will go to the field in the solenoid coil and the earth. This will cause the iron core becomes an electromagnet. Hard power - Bendix pointing out (out-board)

Bendix drive is the drive type of listing itself. type shown in Figure above is pointing out the type of Bendix. When the armature rotates during the course of turning, the drive pinion will be pushed out of position due to its momentum starter motor and valleys that allow the threads so happened. When the pinion was attached to the flywheel ring gear, the pinion gear moves the engine rings to moved. When the engine speed of life faster than the ring gear pinion, this will cause the pinion gear pushed back to its original position beside the starter switch is turned off.

During the starter switch is in on status, spring would push the plunger moving toward the lever will pull out and pinion drives that are not attached to the flywheel ring gear.
From Figure B, when the starter switch is on, current will flow into the loop and causing the electromagnetic case, causing the plunger drawn into. This will cause the drive pinion lever refused to merge with the flywheel ring gear and cause the contacts together to allow more current to flow from the battery to the starter motor, for the purpose of turning the engine. When the engine has been living off the starter switch is no current in the coil. Electromagnetic plunger does not happen then pushed out and the contacts are open, causing the starter motor does not work.
In the past the speed clutch drive method, this method is called the pinion clutch pinion speed past, please refer to the explanation of Figure c below.

The torque from the armature shaft gear, first raised by a gear reduction, then raised again by the pinion gear drives (two times the speed decrease, making the two times increase in torque) It makes less burden as well as low current consumption by the starter motor, BUT work (torque) generated higher.


Damage and the reason why In the starter motor.
           Any damage will be easily resolved if the reasons or causes can be identified in advance. Let us see table below for the damage and the reasons for the starter motor.
